Grow it.

Nicholas Laganella Jr. worked closely with his father and ultimately took over the family real estate business in the 80's securing premium retail tenants such as Home Depot and Barnes & Noble. Over the past 30 years LPM has thrived under Nick's leadership and open mind, successfully developing and managing a wide range of real estate projects ranging from premium retail shopping centers to assisted living facilities.
