Sonia D. Shields was born and raised in Frisco, Texas and is a graduate of the 1983 Class of Frisco High School. She is married with two daughters. As a Third Generation Real Estate Professional, Sonia has much more experience in the real estate field than the average Realtor.

Sonia worked for two years for a commercial real estate attorney before moving on to Schwartz and Associates. Schwartz and Associates is a law firm specializing in document preparation for mortgage companies. They represented over 300 mortgage companies and brokers throughout the United States. During her seven-year employment with Schwartz and Associates, Sonia was the Production Manager. Her duties included training mortgage company closers on preparation of loan documents and reviewing and preparing loan documents for residential closings. The reviewing process included title policies, contracts, surveys and all documents to purchase and/or refinance a home.

Sonia left Schwartz and Associates in early 1997 to obtain her real estate license and pursue a career with Pearl Morris, Realtors. Since beginning her career in real estate, Sonia has averaged over $3.2 million in sales each year.

Curtis has lived in Frisco since he was two years of age. He has seen it grow from a population of 1200 to 47,000 and still growing. He graduated from Frisco High School in 1982 with a class of 69. He was active in High School and continues to support and attend FISD functions today.

Curtis worked for one of the largest information technology companies in the Dallas area as a Human Resource Analyst for over 16 years. He became a licensed Real Estate Agent in August, 1999. In 2000 he was named Rookie of the Year and became a Million Dollar producer. Since that time, he has earned the designation of Multi-Million Dollar producer.
